There will be a variety of prizes issued throughout the duration of the contest including (but not limited to) T-shirts, hats, water bottles and other.


Basic Rules:


Each clue will consist of a series of geo-caching coordinates and a verbal clue. Contestants will be able to solve the puzzle without having to do any traveling (until the end of the contest). The first person to find that location with the proper password/phrase will be deemed the winner of the prize! In the event of a tie, a runoff "competition" will take place at the discretion of SylvanSport, to break the tie and determine the winner. Contest begins early April and runs for approximately eight weeks.


FIND THE GO CONTEST RULES & CONDITIONS:

* NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES AND/OR CANADA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW.

* Eligibility: Contest is only open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of submission, who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or the country of Canada (collectively “Territory”). Employees of SylvanSport and/or any/all sponsors of the Contest, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and Internet vendors, and members of their households and immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win this Contest.

* Contest Entry Period: Contest runs from March 24, 2010 until the day upon which the GO is found and a winner is declared.

* How to Enter: During the Contest period, visit http://www.findtheGO.com. Register for the Contest by providing all information requested, including your correct name, address (including city and state), age range and e-mail address. Your attempt to enter the Contest may be declared null and void and/or invalid if any of the required information is not properly entered and/or if it is incorrect.

* Prize winner will be determined on or about May 27th, 2010. Any entry submitted after that date will not be eligible to win

* Prizes are subject to change at the sole discretion of SylvanSport. If Prizes are substituted, SylvanSport will attempt to use substitute prizes that are of approximately the same value as the originally intended Prizes, but the substituted Prizes may be of lesser value.

* This Contest requires the Contestant to be present to win.

* In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined and declared solely by SylvanSport. The decision regarding the winner will be final and it may not be appealed or protested for any reason.

* The Prizes will not be staged at the weekly clue locations, but will be at the final winning location.

* GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest, Contestants accept and agree to abide by the Rules of this Contest and the decisions of SylvanSport in connection with the Contest, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. Submission of the Entry into the Contest grants SylvanSport and any Contest Sponsor an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual license and right to publish and use Contestant’s name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, Video, photographs, and statements about the Contest for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media, without limitation, and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this Contest, Contestants agree to release SylvanSport and all Contest sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability arising out of the participation in this Contest, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

* INDEMNIFICATION: Contestants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SylvanSport and any Contest Sponsor, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and independent contractors against any loss, liability, or damage whatever their nature and however arising, made against SylvanSport by reason of or in any way arising from Contestants participation in this Contest.

* WINNER’S CONDITIONS: By accepting the Prize, Contestant/winner further agrees, represents and warrants to: [1] release SylvanSport and any Contest sponsor, including their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability arising out of Contestant’s/winner’s acceptance of the Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage; [2] waiver in favor of SylvanSport and any Contest sponsor, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that Contestant/winner may now or later have to their Video; [3] upon request of SylvanSport, Contestant/winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment, as may be solely deemed by SylvanSport, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title, interest and Moral Rights, if any, of Contestant/winner in and to any information, including but not limited to Contestant’s entry into, publicity of, and updates regarding Contestant’s/winner’s participation in this Contest. Failure to request the assignment(s) shall not constitute a waiver of SylvanSport’s rights and SylvanSport may request the assignment(s) at a later time. Refusal or inability of the Contestant/winner to comply with any of the above conditions may result in disqualification as the Contestant/winner or forfeiture of the Prize. Contestant/winner is solely responsible for any travel and/or lodging costs associated with claiming the Prize, and/or moving the Prize from its found location, including all transportation costs, the value of any time off from work, and any costs or expenses directly or indirectly related to claiming the Prize including taxes.
